CLIA-Waived 13-Panel Urine Drug Test Dip Card with FEN/1 ng

$11.95

  • Ultra-Sensitive Fentanyl Screening: Detects Fentanyl down to 1 ng/mL for maximum detection sensitivity.

  • CLIA-Waived Compliance: Cleared for non-laboratory use across clinics, staffing agencies, sober homes, and workplace environments.

  • Rapid 5-Minute Results: Clear visual indicators provide preliminary readings in under 5 minutes.

Description

The CLIA-Waived 13-Panel Multi-Drug Urine Test Dip Card provides an accurate, cost-effective screening solution when reliable, broad-spectrum substance detection is required. Designed for employer compliance, clinical triage, recovery monitoring, and at-home peace of mind, this compact dip device delivers rapid chromatographic immunoassay results without complex lab equipment or costly test readers.

Its primary differentiator is the ultra-low 1 ng/mL cutoff for Fentanyl, offering up to 10–20 times greater sensitivity than conventional workplace test panels.

Substances Screened & Cutoff Thresholds

  • Fentanyl (FEN): 1 ng/mL (Ultra-sensitive threshold)

  • Marijuana / Cannabinoids (THC): 50 ng/mL

  • Cocaine (COC): 150 ng/mL (or 300 ng/mL SAMHSA standard)

  • Amphetamines (AMP): 500 ng/mL

  • Methamphetamine (mAMP / MET): 500 ng/mL

  • Opiates / Morphine (OPI): 2,000 ng/mL (or 300 ng/mL)

  • Oxycodone (OXY): 100 ng/mL

  • Buprenorphine / Suboxone (BUP): 10 ng/mL

  • Benzodiazepines (BZO): 300 ng/mL

  • Methadone (MTD): 300 ng/mL

  • Barbiturates (BAR): 300 ng/mL

  • MDMA / Ecstasy: 500 ng/mL

  • Phencyclidine (PCP): 25 ng/mL

Key Features & Operational Advantages

  • Medical & Workplace Grade: CLIA-waived status confirms the device meets stringent regulatory standards for simplicity, accuracy, and low error rates outside certified laboratories.

  • Ultra-Sensitive Synthetic Opioid Detection: Standard drug test panels often overlook low-dose synthetic opioids. The 1 ng/mL Fentanyl strip detects minute metabolite traces for early detection.

  • Direct Dip-and-Read Simplicity: Dip the strip tips directly into a collected urine sample cup for 10–15 seconds, place it on a clean flat surface, and read the outcome.

  • Photocopy-Ready Housing: The exterior casing is completely flat, allowing administrators to lay the device directly on a flatbed photocopier or scanner to archive test documentation with zero mess.

3-Step Testing Procedure

  1. Collect & Dip: Collect fresh urine in a clean specimen cup. Remove the bottom protective cap from the dip card and immerse the exposed test strips into the urine for 10 to 15 seconds. (Do not allow urine to touch the plastic card body).

  2. Cap & Rest: Replace the protective cap and lay the dip card horizontally on a flat, non-absorbent surface.

  3. Read at 5 Minutes: Interpret line results at 5 minutes. (Do not read results after 10 minutes).

Interpreting Visual Results

  • Negative (Passed): Two distinct colored lines appear on a panel—one in the Control Zone (C) and one in the Test Zone (T). Even a faint test line indicates a negative result.

  • Preliminary Positive (Detected): Only one line appears in the Control Zone (C), with no line visible in the Test Zone (T).

  • Invalid: No line appears in the Control Zone (C). The test must be discarded and repeated with a new card.

Specifications

  • Test Format: Multi-panel lateral flow immunoassay dip card

  • Sample Medium: Human urine

  • Detection Window: 5 minutes

  • Shelf Life & Storage: Sealed foil pouch; store at room temperature (2°C–30°C / 36°F–86°F); do not freeze

Regulatory Note: This assay provides a qualitative preliminary analytical test result. A more specific alternate chemical method (such as GC-MS or LC-MS/MS) should be used to obtain a confirmed analytical result, particularly when evaluating preliminary positive findings.
